    Standard HTML should do the job;

    <a href="insertURLhere.com">Insert Anchour Text Here</a>

    The Warriors above showed you exactly how to do this.

    Here are some quickies that may help you with your Squidoo stuff. This stuff isn't hard, but it can drive ya nuts first time around. (That may be what's wrong with me--one of the things

    1. Make sure any images you try to upload are jpg format. Squidoo won't take a lot of other formats. To insert an image anywhere in your text (other than if you use the upload button in any text module) insert the following code...

    <p align="center"><a href="http://www.yourdomain.com"><img src="http://www.yourdomain.com/yourimagename.jpg" border="0" /></a></p>

    This will center your image on the page horizontally.

    You can change the color of any text you want too! I used "navy" in this example, but you can insert red, orange, blue, olive, and many others instead. The <b> </b> makes it bold.

    <b style="color: navy; font-weight: bold;">Insert Your Text Here</b>
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Here is how to place an image on your lens and have it clickable so that when a visitor clicks on it they will go to whatever page you wish. I use this technique and take a screen shot of my opt-in pop-up form from my main site. Since you can't put javascript (used in many opt-in forms) in a Squidoo lens, this lets you--in effect--get around that.
    <a href="http://www.domainofpageyouwantthemtogoto.com/pagename.html"><img src="http://www.domainwhereimageisloaded/imagename.jpg" border="0" /></a>
    You can put a border value in if you want to have a border around your image.
    Hope that helps--good luck bud!
    Thanks for that one iddigger! It seems that hyper links need a mild tweaking to insert them onto your squidoo pages first. Basic HTML programming knowledge always seems to come in handy for these kind of things, thank you!
