Hoping for a little input on Squidoo
Hi,
Ive been running 5 test lenses using differnet ideas/methods that have been advertised/discussed regarding traffic building.
I tried something topical based on a tv program - top gear. 2 days no hits(This suprised me as it is a no1 show in the uk).
One on Learning Internet Marketing. Which over 4 days has gather around 20hits.
One on a affiliate product I bought. 7 hits in 4 days
One on american idol. Using google hot trends. With a blog else where pointing to it as a backlink. 20 hits in 1 day !!!!
one on bob marley tonight which is yet to see hits. I have on purpose not spread the word on that one as I got it from hot trends also.
The american idol model is the most successfull even though I have made zero sales. The traffic generated on this is by far the best.
So I guess my question is how many blogs do you guys generally run? As this seems to be how the traffic is better over all the lenses.
Is stumble upon etc that good as I have had little traffic from them. More from the blog.
