Like others have said, bumping is a marketing tool and if Allen brings it back, I'll use it. If he doesn't bring it back, I won't miss it.
This is the type of bumping I am used to and prefer. Yes some will abuse it, but many abuse everything else anyway. To others it is a great way to show the popularity and attractiveness of their product or service. For myself, I just posted my absolute FIRST WSO ever, lol last eve. I believe at last look I am already 9 spots away from page 3.

And as many new WSO's that are put up in a day, I am sure it will decline quickly. The only way to get it noticed for any decent length of time is to bump, but the old fashioned way that doesn't cost me 20 dollars each time. While many may make 3 or 4 grand for a WSO, I am sure there are just as many that don't, and can't afford a 20 dollar price tag for something that will be buried within 2 days.

Not bashing the new method, just stating that I prefer the old. Also someone mentioned the idea of having a limit on bumps. I think that would be viable too. Anyway, just my humble opinions.

Best Regards,
Cori

I think Joe Tex pretty much laid this topic to rest...

I'm not bothered...
My WSO is still getting sales (though not nec in for ebooks!) and I'm ok with letting it move on through

A good WSO is a good WSO
Full stop

If you can afford to, please give money to support the people in the Christchurch Earthquake.
Here is a post to give you information on how to, no matter where you are in the world
New Zealand thanks you

Good quality WSOs get recommended by other Warriors via word of mouth =)

I see this thread hasn't had any action in quite a while... but I'm curious - does bumping still work? I see there is an option in the WSO forum to bump a thread... is that since this thread?

LOL - thanks yeah I bumped mine just before I got your post. I assume that previously it was free to bump then... Makes sense to pay for a bump IMO.

No it wasn't free to bump, you simply had to create a new WSO altogether. In the old forum, it worked the way it does now.

Great Scott...

Why do people reincarnate old threads?

As I read this I was thinking "When did this happen? I just paid to bump mine..."

Then I realized this thread was from last YEAR!

I was also wondering why this old zombie thread was reincarnated! However, since it's here, and since I have a perpetually juvenile sense of humor, I'll have to say I'm SHOCKED that paid bumping is going on here. Shocked, I say. I'm pretty sure it's illegal everywhere except Nevada.
