Script for photo gallery with voting?

I have an idea of the website where people can create a profile and post photos. There would also be a voting feature so people can vote on how little or much they like the photo.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to set this up? Script ideas, or programs that would make this possible?

    Thanks for the help, but I don't think any of those will work for what I want to do.

    I have an idea for a site just like LikeMyPhoto.com, but in a different niche. I checked the page source for their site but did not see any code information to see where they might have got theirs. I saw a script at the bottom of the page, but don't know if that is what I would need because I don't know anything about writing or reading scripts.

    I'm going to take a look at wordpress plugins, and drupal and joomla to see if there is something in those that would work for what I want to do. If I don't find anything there, I am going to RentACoder to see what it would cost to have something made for me. Thanks for the help guys.
