    It looks like a customized theme. The unique part is the sub-header under the top navigation bar that has the graphic of the waist with the buttons.

    It's possible to maybe find a theme that has but if you have the funds just get a wordpress theme builder to make that sub-header for you. Everything else can be done with tweaks to standard theme.
