anyone know how to get jvzoom to acknowledge my existence
I just bought a product from schultz enterprises through jvzoom.com only to find the place to download the plug in has a message from jvzoom telling the vendor to contact them but no sign of my download!? Surely jvzoom were aware that there was no download product page for me to collect my paid for product - so why did they direct me there? I'm trying to get in touch with them but they state that I must talk to the vendor!!! Yet they were the ones responsible for the non existent download page...help anyone?
