One closing a day - that's the goal

I started a thread (http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...0-minutes.html) where I am talking about my affiliate check of 9K and I spent no time in doing anything for that merchant.

Since I didn't really tell people what I was doing....people are confused about it.

Let me reveal another one of my business models here.

I have an android app which searches properties. Thousands of people have downloaded that app. It is free. It is nowhere near realtor.com's app - but it doesn't need to be. I don't have to make billion dollars to be successfull.

I have added a small button on top of each page of the app. When user is looking at the property and want to talk to realtor about it then they can click on this button and enter their name, email and phone number.

I have contacted a local real-estate company who gets an email with this lead. They contact the user and try to make a sell or pass this lead to the network of realtors.

If there is a closing then I get 25% of their commission.

Simple strategy, I believe.

My goal is to get to one closing a day (if not more).

        While I like the strategy, can't say I would count on the housing market for consistent cash flow. Long time ago, I used to do mortgages, and one thing you learn, it's never closed til it closes. It's even worse today I hear.

        But, for the amount of effort put in on your part, I love the strategy.

          You are right it is not going to be easy, but as long as I am not spending any time and there is somebody who calls the user for each lead then I have a potential :-)
