Hello,

Can anyone recommend a plugin or software that I can use instead of purchasing mailing list from brokers. I would like to target consumers in certain demographics.

    are you looking for buying an email list or a software to email to those list members?? if its software i assume your looking for a standalone software like a plugin.

    I used GWA autoresponder plugin and its good for a small list and a good alternate to aweber and the likes.

      Thank you for replying Jaiganeshv,

      I saw a couple of scrapers here on the WF, but I think they are more for business' as they had yellow pages plugins. But I would need addresses of consumers. So maybe a whitepage plugin? But it would need to allow me to target certain demographics.

        So you want to build a real mailing list, not an e-mailing list! lol

        Not sure how you could build a targeted consumer list. It's easy to build b2b lists for mailings but I imagine it would be difficult to scrape a residential list (and have it targeted). IMO your best bet is to purchase a list from a broker OR build an opt-in list of people who want to try your samples.

        But maybe there's a program out there I haven't came across. Good luck!

    A plugin or software instead of purchasing a mailing list? Do you mean an email scraper?

    Definitely not the way to go- way better (and ethical) ways to make money online.

    But maybe I'm misunderstanding your question. Please elaborate a bit so we can point you in the right direction.
