OK.

I bought the subscription this morning.
Can't get in.
Cleared cookies.
Logged out, logged back in.
Can't get in.
Sent a copy of my transaction ID in a support ticket explaining I'm not getting in.
Heard back quickly - Thomas wants a copy of my paypal receipt.
(uh.... isn't that what a Transaction ID is?!?!?)
Reiterated by email that I already sent the PayPal receipt number.
Didn't hear back rest of the day.

What a bummer.

Is there some trick to having the system acknowledge that I coughed up my $37?

    YOUR PayPal transaction ID means nothing - it's only for you. The receiver can't track diddly with it, that's why Thomas requested that you forward your PP email receipt.

    Glitches happen - use the help desk, that's what it's there for.
