Is it just me, or has there been an influx of 'Now What' threads lately? Every time I come online, I find at least a couple, lol.
Don't get me wrong, I'm all for helping the new kids, and yes, there are indeed many knowledgeable people here always willing to lend a hand, but isn't it fair to expect even a newbie to take some initiative and learn the ropes? Do the older Warriors have to mentor everybody? Sounds like a difficult task.
Yes, by all means ask questions, but this approach/phrasing kind of comes across as 'you take your time to explain to me, step by step, how i can make it in this business.' I don't know, but it seems like the newbies are following a trend here and getting a bit lazy, so here are my answers to the 'what nows'...
-- NOW you take whatever you already know and apply it, test it, improve on it.
-- NOW you take the time to learn about whatever you don't know the traditional way -- reading, observing, imitating, practicing.
-- NOW you think out of the box and be creative.
-- NOW you do whatever it takes to become an expert in your chosen field, for this is what will secure success.
Perhaps I'm being harsh here, and I extend my apologies to the newbies if so, but even an 'autopilot' strategy requires that you do some groundwork. And this is so easy now with the internet at your fingertips.
In my opinion, the very best way to find success is to test things out for yourself, because what works for one doesn't necessarily work well for another. There is no bluprint for success. Example: some people swear by twitter, yet I often see threads entitled "is it really possible to make money through twitter?"
Bottom line: Take the initiative, invest your time, and master your craft, and you'll surely reach your goals.
