Why Don't Warrior Forum Threads Have Social Sharing Buttons?

I'm always finding good nuggets of information I'd love to share and I always just cut and paste the long link from hell, but I'm curious why the WF doesn't have the same type of social share buttons like you'd find on a blog.

Is it not possible to do it with a forum?

I'd love to see a good thread and just FB, Tweet, G+ and possibly Pin that sucker with one click.

Yes, it's the lazy in me.

But I also think the social buttons (when I'm on a blog), remind me to share what I've found.

we have them, just a bit more hidden...

Oooohhhhh! but I'll never remember that. LOL And it doesn't have G+ or Pin It.

I like pretty buttons right there smacking me in the face.

It would be great if everybody used those buttons responsibly.

But how long would it take for the forum to be dominated by posts made purely for the sake of hitting those buttons, with the associated "I will social share your WF post 100 times" gigs?

Remember when the War Room still allowed forced opt-ins? It was almost destroyed by clowns creating junk and posting it with blind copy and a forced opt-in, purely for use in the WR.

I believe the same kind of thing would happen in the main forum. And I'd rather read and discuss than spend my time here hitting the report button every 60 seconds...

Ah you're right good man. See, my virgin mind didn't come at it from a spammy angle. Drats! they have to screw it up for all of us lazy people.

    I totally agree Tiffany!

And it would definitely increase traffic as well

Interesting lesson in there too... Make it EASY for your readers
to take the action you want them to take.

I don't know that warrior forum has to increase traffic. They have like a gazillion signups everyday. Do you mean the forum as a whole? Or do you mean specific threads? If it were for specific threads I think that they don't want to do that because it might be easier for scammers to spread the word quick on whatever they're spamming?
