Reviewthing.com
Here's new site I ran across, it provides a way to build Review sites. It's in "public beta" until March 31st, so apparently any sites you create now will be "grandfathered" in when they offer the premium paid version. Here's a quote from their site:

In return, any ReviewThing you create and start using before March 31st 2009 will automatically qualify for premium service status, which we would otherwise charge for.
