Find the content for a product?

Your making this difficult for yourself you have to either gain a bit of confidence or get a bit of money to pay someone to develop the product for you.
What you could do is purchase a plr product in the area your an "expert" in
and rewrite it an sell as your own.

Look into public domain stuff. There's tons of it.

Shy people have it hard.. fix this and you can do anything

What's your passion? What are you really good at and love doing?
You should definitely write about a topic that you feel most comfortable with.

Years ago I was like you, shy and concerned what others were thinking about me. I lacked confidence.
I did not want to look in peoples eyes or I would crumble. My moto is the Lord helps those that help themselves.

So what I did, this may be a bit corny to some...in this day and age but I went to my local library and grabed every book I could find on shyness, I read them, wrote down their suggestions and ideas. Made a plan of the exercises that were provided and decided where I would start.

The first place was the elevator in my building. I practiced on people I didn't know. I would smile and say and enthusiastic hi!

I began smiling and saying hi to the bus driver, people walking on the sidewalk. Then I began talking more, such as what a rainy day, sunny day, cold day. What a cute baby you have, what's her name. Just simple easy steps like that. I pushed myself and it became easy to do everyday. It was like playing a game.

I found that I became friendly and approachable and I haven't returned to the world of shyness since. So try that, instead of the library, search the internet for ideas and practice them with people you will never see again and with those you see occasionally in the coffee shop,elevators, cashier, taxi anywhere and everywhere.

I myself think it's better to have a book from the library, as I carried with me and I could go back to look at the exercises and it gave me something to hold.

Good Luck, If you have a strong enough desire, you will let go of your shyness.

The problem is that I do not know how to find the source of quality information.

I am ready to work hard, but I do not know how to find the information interesting. If anyone can tell me how? (to make a good research paper)

You don't need to do a face-to-face interview with an expert. Just email them a list of questions, and get them to email the answers back to you.
