Where is the best place to sell this?

Does anyone know of a site where I can either advertise for free or for a discount that is specifically for Internet Marketing software? I have a single license of a software program sold here that is very popular and good, and for which the developer has granted me permission to sell to someone. I cannot mention the name due to the fact there is a classified section on the warrior forum, but they charge $20 to advertise, so I am looking for alternative places to sell.
