Urgently need help to improve conversion: Refferals please!

hey every one, thank you for your time to help me,

I am looking to hire a professional to help me increase my local personal training website to increase the conversion to 2%,

Can you please reffer me to some one who is

a) Professional and knows what he is talking about and
b) has a proven track record of actual local businesses improving conversion.

I am located in canada

and my current site is Personal Trainer Vancouver - Finally Fit Personal Training & Boot Camp ( current conversion is very low )

    Before you do anything, my first question would be where is your traffic coming from? If you don't know, make sure you have Google analytics installed so you can see.
    I have found conversion to be directly related to the quality of your traffic. If you are getting people to your site that want what you are offering, your conversions will definitely increase.

    That's a place to start at least.

    Thanks for your suggestions,

    I have analytics, ect. at this point im not trying to trouble shoot what i can do, i like to bring in an expert to take over and get me to my goal alot faster than if i was to do it.

    Do you happen to know any one who does this? with a proven track record of local market success?

    check out the site therisetothetop.com he interviews alot of fitness experts listen to the interviews im sure you can get helpful info. Then visit the fitness expert sites sign up to the newsletters see how they are pitching their potential customers etc the frequency of emails play possum different email address of course. Also check out how their sites are setup etc. I get the idea of bringing in a expert turn the key and fix it but this may be the better route. check out ryan lee his interview on the rise hes helped alot of fitness trainers
