Got Another Squeeze Page That Needs To Be Looked At...

Hey warriors! I just launched another squeeze page a few hours ago. Again, it's not doing too bad already, but I'm always looking for feedback so let me know what you think.

It's built with wordpress
it's a traditional sales letter
the product is only $5
in the past 4 hours it's made $30

i'll be checking the stats tomorrow and running the numbers. i didn't notice any typos or grammar issues which is good, but let me know what you think.

it's at Guest Blogging: Secrets From A Six-Figure Guest Blogger.

thanks in advance, and play nice now :p

Maybe throw a few images in there to spice it up. The content text could be a little bigger. I have a large display and the text is a little small.

I think its decent but I think you could improve on a little things.

To me its a little bland. You should have some graphics to catch the attention of the readers. Maybe add some payment proof to instill confidence in the potential buyers. Add a buy now button. Break up the text with pictures. Maybe make the heading a little more catchy.

Those are my opinions. Good luck!
BTW just wondering how you got such quick traffic and conversions if you just launched it.

Thank you, I tried to keep it short and simple, but I do know about having to keep people's short attention spans, lol.

i didn't add any pics because of that, and I didn't add proof because it seems everyone ignores it anyway, or assumes it's faked.

To answer your question, I sent an email to my list telling them about it, so that helped.

I also have the total cost being $10, so people should be more inclined to part with such a meager amount.

Traffic so far has been generated by commenting on related blogs, forum sig, facebook discussion, and a YT teaser with a link in the description. I have no SEO because it's new, although I'm hoping too in a bit because I targed the "guest blogger" key word.

hope that answers your question, and maybe even give you new ideas. =)

Thank you for the tips, I'll certainly be modifying it. I also thank you all for your prompt, helpful, and objective criticisms,,,this makes me appreciate the community here that much more. =)

conversions are probably due to the item being $5 (max $10) so that reduces cognitive dissonance.

Thank you all for your help. I appreciate the prompt, helpful, and objective feedback I've received so far, and I thank you all for it.

If you have any questions about my traffic and such you can PM me bc I don't check the individual threads that much.

So far on this page, my traffic has come from:

        blog commenting
forum sig on this and another forum
        a YT teaser
        PPC
        and my list =)

conversions are about 1:23 and I've been getting about 50-60 visits a day since Feb 8 when i put it up. It helps that the product is only $5 or $10 so cognitive dissonance is lessened.

uhhh that's about it so far, I'm up to $50 now and I got 7 more names to my list.

        no secrets, just some legwork.

Thanks again for your help, and I'll ttyal

Squeeze page? Not seeing an optin above the fold. Needs some graphics.
Good job on making some sales with it.

The headline is probably the most important aspect of a squeeze page. It needs to be compelling, as it will be the very first thing visitors will read. Even if the rest of your page is perfect, not many people are going to bother signing up for your list if the headline is poorly written or displayed. I think your headline fonts should be bigger.

Made $30 in the past 4 hours, how?

Do you have any list that you promote to?
How did you drive traffic into your squeeze page in such a short amount of time?

My thoughts exactly lol but to answer your question, if you are already driving traffic and you are not sure how well your sales page is converting you need to add pop up window with opt in (with a down sale or free report)

Add more graphics, change the font (except for the headline's font) think of the font newspapers use in their articles.

Big call to action (Buy now)

Did i say more graphics? and more headlines? may be use question headlines.

      A way to contact you

      &

      Testimonials....

      Hope that helps

I like your headline, it catches my attention instantly :-)

    Just a few recommendations here:

    - font size: possible to enlarge the font size, too small & a bit difficult to read.

    - sub headline: break down the paragraph with some sub, benefit oriented headline. Easier to read & will draw readers attention back to your salescopy.

    - bonuses: add in some bonuses to increase perceive value of your product.

    - money back guarantee: to remove all possible buyer's risk

-finally an professional design ecover :-)

    Hope it helps :-)

Add some graphics. I'm lil bit lazy, but for me, personally, that sales letter is too large to read.

You have to define "your list". What was the volume of that blast?!

    btw, congrats.

It's not really a "squeezepage" per se, but your results are awesome! Chance are, you could be doing better, but you'll never know unless you do some split testing.

Split testing sounds scary but it really isn't. Delve into google webmaster tools and start by testing a super simple change like changing the font size or something. It's those odd seemingly insignificant changes that really amp up the conversion %.

    Twothumbsup for the action!

Get OptimizePress, it's $97 and it will create pages 100 times better looking than that.

The Add to cart section is too small,it is hard to notice it,I suggest you make it more Attracting,Plus i think you should spice the page a little it is very "DRY".

    That would definetly convert better.

And about the keyword research,It is very nice i am sure it is getting a pretty nice ranking!

Neither did I, which is also good.

What I did notice was a huge earnings-claim in the headline, and repeatedly in the text, with none of the disclaimers needed to make it legal (let alone ethical) and prevent adverse legal/regulatory interest. Just the sort of sales representations that the FTC are understandably and rightly chasing down, at the moment, I think?

Please appreciate that I mean the above comment helpfully and not critically. Seriously: in my opinion, you're living dangerously - and very unwisely - putting this on the web. You need only one competitor to report your site to the FTC or any one of various other regulators, to have potential problems here, I think ...

  • take away the two product options, more options means less decisions...

add the worksheet as an OTO instead.

rebuild it in OptimizePress, get the width wider, headlines stronger and decent call to actions..

A LOT of room for improvement here...

Have you thought about asking for more than $5. Seems a little cheap to me. Perhaps you can test 2 or 3 prices. $17, $27,and $47; the results may surprise you.
