Any German here? Where to find German web designers?

I want to build some German mini sites for some on-going ad campaigns, I don't speak German by our own, can anyone recommend me where to find some good and affordable German web designers good at building mini sites/affiliate sites?

    Hi,

    When it comes to IM it is not that easy with german...
    As far as I know most of the germans (or swiss like myself) use english stuff.
    For example: I don't care what language the developer of my minisite speaks. I provide the content and he just does what he always does... ;-)
