    If you are registered at Elegant Themes, pick one. There is NO best theme for flipping. An attractive theme and well written, unique content is all you need (in addition to sales and traffic).

    Actually no. I have seen people selling niche sites with PLR articles(non unique content) and a good theme for a higher price than a niche site with unique content but a simpler theme.
