my Quality score at google is 9/10 suggest me

hi my friends

i am pradeep from india
i have a campaign at google for my site for a keyword my quality score is 9/10 my average position is 2.5 my cost per click for this KW is $0.40 what shoudl i do should is decrase my bid for this keyword will i remin at the same postion is if i low my bid for certain extend

suggest me what shoudl i do at this postion and also tell me waht shoudl i do now to decrase my cost and reamin at same postion
