Case Study: Promoting Small And Large Ticket Products Via Email - Results Inside!

I did this about 2-months ago but the results speak very clearly.

I sent a few emails to one of my small lists (those who had purchased a particular product from myself)...some of these emails promoted the usual $15 WSO, and some promoted much higher priced products ($100+).

Everything about the emails (who they were sent to, the day of the week, time, IM niche, etc...) was pretty much identical, except for the product price point.

Now, the emails promoting the lower priced items made a few hundred dollars from the emails sent...not bad for what is a very small list.

However, the emails promoting the larger ticket items made me much more..approx 20x MORE than the lower ticket items!

    Kewl, well worth testing this kind of thing. Especially if it's your own product, you could end up selling less but at a higher price and earn more overall, plus lighten the support load - if that model works for you.

      Yep, nothing beats your own product. Of course affiliate products are a lot less work..but usually only 50% or so of the money. A good split of your own products and affiliate products is what I recommend...of course ALL products must be of the highest quality and what your list expects from you. Doing so creates repeat buyers, which equals LONG TERM income.
