Camtasia question

How do you capture video and audio at same time?

I am using Camtasia 7.

I tried for the first time yesterday, and noticed audio wasn't captured...

Had the audio volume highest but somehow didn't capture it.

Is there a different way?

Tried finding some tutorials on youtube and couldn't find the right one.

    Hey I'm actually using camtasia right now for one of my infoproducts. Open the camtasia recorder. Then head over to the Mic Icon and click on the arrow beside it. Then, select your audio source. Make sure to select the correct one. Mine has 3 sources. The array mic which is built into the laptop screen, the line in input on the side where the headphones go, and the pc playback. If you're using an external mic select "line-in", but if you're using your computer's built in mic try "array." After that just press F9 when the Camtasia Recorder is open and it should record fine. If that doesn't work and audio still does not record, try opening your soundcard's software and making sure the "line-in" is set to "mic" if you're using an external mic. or set a default mic.
