Send out an offer where you ask them to do a survey & in return you give them something of value. In the survey ask them what their biggest fear, their biggest frustration & If they had one question they what answered what would it be.

Asking them directly what their concerns are, identifying what their pains are and then delivering a solution that directly addresses these concerns will keep them coming back for more.

Plus you are then selling them information/ products that they have specifically asked for in the survey.

It could just be a series of questions you ask them in an email & let them know your intention is to serve them to the best you can & rather than assume what they want you sincerely are interested in offering them solutions to whatever their biggest pain/ issue is.

There may be a variety of responses so focus on the most popular one.

When they first opt-in to your email list, you can introduce yourself on the first email in your autoresponder sequence. Tell them a little bit about you and what they can expect from you by being a subscriber on your list. This starts building familiarity and hopefully trust over time.

When emailing your list, consistency is important. Email them at least 2 to 3 times a week by providing value and of course you can promote other offers you have as well. This again builds familiarity to your list.

Regarding a place to get freebies, a good place to get them are membership sites that have giveaway rights products. A couple of sites I can think of right now are plrassassin.com and resell-rights-weekly.com.

You haven't emailed them at all yet? Do you have any type of follow up campaign created or anything like that... How long did it take to you get this list to 90?

Answer these questions and we can help a lot more.

Are you subscribed to any lists? If so take a look at the first emails they sent, if you don't have them try to remember what they were. Learn from those examples. If you're still on their list then it must have been something that caught your eye. Use someone else's success as a template for your future success.

Introduce yourself and include your story about how you got into the field in your first email, and lead them in the direction of a free offer download link.

In your subsequent emails, write good content filled emails that they will find useful, and include your website/sales letter/pitch page at the end of the email for them to click on... and hopefully result into sales. Simple.

Make sure to welcome them immediately upon signing up, have an auto responder set up.

If you wait to contact sign ups, they are more likely to not remember who you are and may mark you as spam.

Also, immediately after signing up for whatever you are offering is the biggest chance you have to make an impression on them.
