Hi..I'll test it...but let me preface it first..I have a kick ass php script that is doing just what you are doing....its called Renegade cloaker from John Hostler..and the basic version...which is free...is just about as good as anything I have seen. (and it was free) Its domain hosted..password protected...and...you can set up links in frames....I'm a complete idiot when it comes to setting things up..but I was able to do it...just due to the fact there are nice videos that walk you through it.

All im saying..is your in for some very rough competition on this one

Wordpress has a sweet redirection plugin that does just that, though it would be cool to see a script that does that for regular websites (without making the person download the page and re-upload it)

Doubt I'd pay for it given the free scripts floating around, but could make for a great list builder.
