What's The Biggest Challenge For You As Of Now??!

My Dear Warriors,

I have made some pretty decent progress in my internet marketing....

But there have been some tough times and big hurdles....

The biggest one that I feel now is getting consistent leads to my sales funnel.

I am working on that as of now by setting up some good search engines optimized sites with blogging and content syndication. I am also using Facebook marketing to get that going smooth which is looking pretty good as of now.

So I just wanted to ask all the "newbies" or the "newcomers" out here....

Whats the biggest problem you face now as you are trying to get your business off the ground?!?

I would also urge the experienced marketers to share some of the biggest hurdles they have ever faced or facing now and how they are trying to solve it??!

Looking forward to your replies....

Biggest problem with me is I haven't even launched my first WSO.. Planning on launching it nextweek and I'm so excited now, nonetheless there are several problems I'm facing right now like: WarriorPro or JVzoo (Dilemma), how to protect my download page, how to get affiliates to promote my product in future, how to design a sales-copy that convert etc etc..

But none of this is gonna stop me from creating my first ever WSO..

with God all things are possible,
    Jeremiah

I've been full time since 2001 and one of the biggest hurdles was managing an out-sourced staff that was in different countries and in different time zones. When it was just a couple of people, it was pretty easy, once it got to be over ten people I knew I had to come up with a system of written processes and procedures to make sure everyone was on the same page. In fact, I should have done that from day one.

I also instituted quality audits and quality controls to make sure that customer support tickets were getting answered in a timely manner and that they were being handled correctly. Also hiring a manager to manage the staff was a big hurdle for me personally because I'm a bit of a control freak and it was difficult to place that much trust in an individual.

So now I have a business that I can literally run from anywhere in the world, having key contractors handling the day-to-day operations. When you're dealing with people you have to learn how to work with different cultures, personalities, belief systems, learning abilities, etc. and learn how to put it all to work.

For me the biggest challenge is deciding what to focus on... I'm brand new, so I don't know whether to pursue CPA, Adsense, Clickbank, Amazon, product creation, etc. I'm in Kenster's Six Figure Aliance though, so I will stick to that program for now.

As a 'semi' experienced internet marketer, I would say that my first big problem was perfection. For 25 years I worked as a professional in the corporate world where they don't accept anything but perfection. When thinking of a product idea, I would begin to over think the project of putting it together. I learned that constantly polishing something will hinder your ever getting it done.

The second stumbling block I recall encountering was thinking that no one would buy what I was promoting. I used to think, "There are far too many people marketing products like this for me to make any money at it". Truth is, if there aren't any people selling something, it's probably not worth selling and nobody is making any money with those products. Competition means there is a hot market out there looking for what you are wanting to promote.

Finally, the third big stumbling block for me was learning to get traffic. I believe my problem was that I read multiple ways to get traffic to a site and could never stick to one method. I bounced around for months trying to hone in on the one that would work for me when I should have been using the methods that tried and true.

Like I mentioned earlier in this thread, don't get distracted with the little things.

I am somewhat new to the forum here, but I've been an internet marketer for a few years. I finally joined the forum simply because of the TONS of great information shared by fellow warriors. Search and learn!

I tell you what, since I started mapping out my day with an action plan, it's finding enough time in the day to get it all done.

When I lie in bed at night, I always think of something new to try or test the next day. I feel like I just don't have enough time in the day to get it all done....it's a nice position to be in though when you're getting results I guess.

    It's exciting.

Thanks a lot for sharing your experiences....

Hurdles are common and they will be always there. Hurdles is a way to separate those who are here just for fun and those who are really serious about the business. Those who are here just for fun or looking at this just as an hobby will leave it without even giving it a good try...But those who really want it, will go to any extent to achieve what they want...as they just need it. Its not some Wish...Its their Need!
You just need to be adamant enough to persevere your goals till you achieve it.

Believe in yourself and believe in what you are doing.

Outsource. If you get a good VA, you will have more of you - 2 at least .
There are really affordable VAs and by testing, you will find one you can work with.

Starting out, biggest challenge is to learn to invest what small amount you make first into something that could be bigger for you in the future. You need to spend some and then some more to go somewhere, and it's hard to spend what little you have when first starting out.

When we enter the IM niche as a complete newbie picking and choosing the right strategy or business model is a real challenge. That combine with shiny object syndrome and information overlaod it think these factor can stop many aspiring IM marketers dead in there tracks.

Lack of time. Recently, we put our son in a part time daycare, so that's now a few free hours I get to work on things here at home before I get to be Mr. Mom again while the wife's working. It's tough trying to learn, work, and implement while my little 2 yr old son is insisting on all the attention. lol! Hoping to be able to do something with IM though that may in time allow my wife to quit her job and let me bring in 10k a month hopefully.

My biggest challenges are focus and motivation. There is so much to do and so little time to do it in and I don't make enough income to outsource.
