Quickest way to earn 20 US Cents on Paypal

This may sound slightly peculiar.....
I recently did an article writing job which managed to get me 36.83 USD. I thought this would be a great opportunity to purchase access to the WarRoom, unfortunately I'm 20 cents down. I don't have a credit card, nor do I have access to a paypal-accepted Bank account. I'd appreciate any advice on how to overcome this problem of mine.

      emmm... Yes does sound weird!!

      Keep writing to offset your costs. This is the way business works around here.
      It's hard work but is worth it in the end.. People tend to value their purchases
      more when they've worked hard to afford them, therefore take more action!!

      If you can put in enough to cover it by next week sell a bad product for 20cents with a double money back offer payable 7 days later. Once you have the first sale stop selling it.

    If I am not mistaken, paypal doesn't let you send money (including payments) if you have not linked a credit card or bank account to your account.

    Read the limits placed on your paypal account. If you can send payments, then let me know and I'll send you $1
