Sub-PRime site driving 100,000 unique customers a month

I own a website, we do a lot of Pay per click and social media marketing to drive circa 100,000 unique visitors each month. We are currently working with admarketers, which is not that great, I am fairly new to wroking with affilates so I wanted to ask;
1) Can anyone recommend a decent CPA network and or product for the sub prime market (this is the majority of our customers) that we could use along side our product?
2) lead generation, we are always looking to attract new customers again looking for the sub prime market, any recommendations of good networks to join, we are UK based, these customers need to be UK residents
