INTERNET MARKETING

I want to start doing Press Releases once a month for my podcast show. I've got some pretty big names, best-selling authors and such being interviewed and a friend who has a huge podcast show does PR's for big guests.

I'm wondering what are the best sites to do PRs? I've tried fiverr but the results were subpar. I want more exposure at a discounted price. Any ideas?
