What payment/download processor to use?

I haven't found a good site to use when I sell ebooks on small forums. I mean sites like e-junkie, click2sell, uploadnsell. So I decided to ask for recommendations from here. If people here even use these sites.

E-junkie would be great but I couldn't make it so that the price would raise per x amount of buyers. And at click2sell the fee is pretty high and I'd prefer monthly fee rather than fee per sale.

I use my own server to deliver products and not rely upon any 3rd party site + I am paying for hosting so why not use my own server. You could use paypal + your own server or even use clickbank + your own server.

Paypal been good to me. The only thing that been bothering me is when you sell on eBay paypal sometimes puts a hold on your money 21 day policy to make sure everything is legit for certain items. Once seller gives you good feedback, confirmed delivery etc they could release it quicker...just BS!
