How long to wait before submiting blog post to EZA?

I hear that i should take posts from my blog and submit them to directories. Do i wait until its indexed? Does anyone have a definitive answer for taking content from your blog and submitting them as articles? Do you have to rewrite them? What are the dangers if you dont?

I am hearing 10 different things on this.

If you post an original article on your blog, you can also send it to EZA with no problems. I recommend waiting until it's indexed in Google first. This lets Google know your site was the "author". With EZA, make sure the author names are identical to avoid problems. If they say anything, explain it's your site and you're the original author and they will not have a problem with it. You CAN repost articles from your website to EZA. Just make sure they're original.

thanks this makes it pretty clear cut. so i post an article to my blog. wait for it to be indexed then repost the same thing to eza. Do you know how long it takes to be indexed on average?
