Someone is trying to hack my WF account

I received 2 emails today from support telling me to reset my password and another one is telling me that I forgot my email add. The hacker contacted support and below if his/her message.

Hi,

I registered ********* for my WF account. Unluckily, I forgot my password to my registered gmail account and can't log in there anymore. I'd like to ask how you can help me with this. I tried resetting my password but it goes to that gmail account. The last password that I registered in my WF account is "silveraden"
