Hi

I would like to automate my posts from my blog to be fed automatically to my facebook, twitter, google+, stumbleupon, and other social sites everytime I publish a new post. Is there a tool or a plugin I can use?

Regards
AJ

A free solution is to use a service like twitterfeed.com : feed your blog to twitter to set up and post to various sites like Twitter, Facebook, etc. I have yet to see if it handles GooglePlus...will check that out!

You won't get the exact sites you mention, but go to www.Ping.fm and set up an account with them. You'll also need to create accounts at some of the Ping.fm compatible sites.

Once you're done creating the accounts and hooking them up to Ping.fm, simply add the RSS pheed created by Wordpress to Ping.fm. Then when you update your WP blog, Ping.fm will post it to all your other accounts.

Wordpress will create the RSS pheed automatically when you make a post.

You just need to copy/paste the URL for it into the form at Ping.fm.

If your blog is installed in the root of your domain, your RSS url is something like:

        http://yourdomain.com/feed/

Here's a real example...This first link is to a green energy blog:
Technology blog - Green energy blog

This link is to the RSS pheed:
        Technology Blog

Read the content of both...You'll see they are basically the same. The RSS version is just much more simple/basic and only has the content, not the design. This makes it easy to input into other places, such as Ping.fm.
