Yahoo Buzz wont accept my vote, why?

When I used Propeller and didn't read the tos I didn't get an email explaining what I'd done wrong. The only indication that I did do something they didn't like was that my password refused to work.

I didn't catch on until I saw my propeller submissions show up in Google serps and when I clicked on them I saw something to the effect of "post removed for violation of TOS" or words to that effect.

OK, so now I learned, I do want to use propeller, so I only use it for what is gonna stay put and not get removed.

Can someone with some experience in social bookmarking possibly tell me why Yahoo Buzz wont let me buzz up something please?

Now my Buzz acct works if I buzz something for myself.

But I can't just be surfing and find something worthwhile and buzz it up with out getting this error msg:

Problem with your vote

"Sorry but we cannot accept your vote"

----

it appears these guys don't have the resources or don't want to expend the resources to clue us in on the error of our ways.

What I'm trying to do with buzz is use it as they want it used, not just to plug ONLY my stuff (but buzz wont let me?)

any ideas gang?

is it (possibly) cause I don't have any buzz friends?
