How do I pinpoint my problem?

Here's my problem, I just launched a product that oozes quality (source: reviewers and buyers) but I have no idea why it launched so badly!

I'm thinking it must be the copy or the structure of the way I put it, maybe even the fact that the first few posts were trolls?

Can you guys help me by telling me what's wrong with it:

What I need is detail into the areas that turned you off from the product, please help out a fellow Warrior!

    My guess is that it's because nobody knows who you are or anything about you. For a successful wso you need to build up a reputation on the forum. Your product probably is exceptionally high quality from someone with a truck load of experience - but we don't know that 'cos we don't know you.

    Just take part in the discussions on the forum and get to know people. You've been here for 6 years and only have 17 posts!

      Thanks, I tried giving back to the community a while back with a free WSO but I guess what you're saying is community interaction? I completely agree and should have talked to warrior's first about what they want and like before launching.

      What do you think of the copy and the video?

    Just checked out your wso page and the product does seem good. I suppose you could re-read the thread and see what customers and potential customers are saying and use that as constructive criticism. They all have very good feedback. Good luck and I do hope to see you relaunch with a BIG BANG!

      I do believe I did exactly that in a post further down, I notified them that anyone who purchased would also receive updated videos with American voice over completely free. Maybe people don't read down that far? Who knows, thanks for feedback, it really boosted my moral, hopefully we can relaunch it with a massive bang!

      Just re-released it a few days ago, with the update everyone was asking for...still nothing great on the sales side. Any ideas? Where can I find some decent affiliates?
