How do I beat these scammers

My sites been around for 25 days now and i'm on the second page for "cheap vps deals" I been fighting to get on page 1 of google, but unfortunately i'm up against scammers such as [deleted]. I call them scammers because if you look at the description google has for them and then actually visit the webpage they're completely different, in fact the page is just a ad page...so then it occurred to me what they must be doing is detecting the google bot and showing different content then what they're showing everyone else...and sure enough if you change your user agent to googlebot it shows different content...so my question is how do I get my useful site on page 1 and beat scammers like this?

    Give it a bit of time. Your website has only been around for 25 days. Google is still getting an idea of where to place your website. If it's got good content it should eventually rise above content weak websites.

      Alright thanks, and yeah but it seems this site is telling google everything it wants to hear. I also wish google didn't put so much weight on domain registration dates, because they 100% do.

      Also keep working on basic SEO. Keep adding quality content to your site. Incorporate good keywords and keyword phrases in your content. And keep creating backlinks. In time, that can also help you with ranking better.

    like Richblogs says, you're sites not been around for long.

    Just continue with your SEO efforts improve on the on page SEO if you can and carry on building quality backlinks and forget about rankings for the time being and soon enough you'll beat them to the top.

    Just takes a bit of time thats all

    You can't change what other people are doing, so focus on what "YOU CAN" control.

    Increase your authority and it will get to the stage where it doesn't even matter what they are doing.

      And for the OP, keep on adding articles relevant to your niche because Google looks for CONTENT FRESHNESS in it's ranking algorithm.

    If you are sure that the websites that are ranking better than you is scammers; just roll in the search of Google and click on "Give us Feedback" is in the bottom.

    Google worker will check the websites that you mentioned and catch them and you know the rest; banned them and put them in the black-hat list of Google.

    First work on getting onto page 1 of google. Once there, do SEO as usual, and continue to put out new content on your site. Google will ban these people eventually - leaving you to a higher search engine ranking.

    [deleted] didn't pay for their hosting, and so their page has been removed. As for the different content in the description Google gives, this is due to them putting their own content in their Meta Description. Setting your Meta Description is an important step in your On-Page SEO. If you haven't set yours, it may be one of the reasons that you aren't getting onto page 1. Another thing to check would be your Meta Title. Other than that, keep building backlinks from reputable sources.

    Just focus on contextual links from relevant websites and articles. This should give you a boost in rankings. But still, your site is only 25 day old. Keep up the SEO work and you will see some changes. And if not, you can always contact Google for a review like Mike said.

    Well said Warriors! Google will dump them soon. Remember, 'site theme' or content relevancy is a TOP SEO factor. Bots can hit content rich sites HUNDREDS of times per day and when someone is scamming..they'll get BOUNCED.

        Many successful people remain humble and live with humility. But we cannot deny the fact that many shameless marketers are the most successful ones, as well.

        But that does not mean we ought to be shameless to succeed.

    Page 2 for a 25 day old website is pretty good if you ask me. Your best bet is to continue to build high quality backlinks an also look at getting traffic form as many other sources as possible.
