Own affiliate program solutions?
 

I've been trying some of the affiliate networks, mostly Clickbank. The biggest problem is that it only allows me to sell for $100. I know why and fully understand this until we prove our service as a reliable one on Clickbank.

But is there anyway I can offer my own affiliate system as I'm sure I can find lots of interested IM'ers on relevant forums (including here of course).
This way I could offer my regular price and bypassing CB fee, offering $73.5 for each sale. We basically have one active affiliate on CB that's sold 30 in the first week.

I've done a search for affiliate programs but it looks like it's all software that needs to be installed on servers.
Is anybody offering a simpler solution? A nice and easy SAAS solution maybe?

Anybody have experience with their own affiliate network?
Is there any other way I can bypass CB if I just want to promote my site directly to possible affiliates?

I use wpestore on my shirt printing sites. It's just a wp plugin.

When I bought it they also offered their affiliate system plugin. I already use idevaffiliate so I didn't buy it. It's just a simple wp plugin so it might be what you need.

This assumes you are using WP on your site.

Also E-Junkie and Paydotcom. Both fully integrated affiliate platforms although the superior PDC is only compatible with Paypal.

You could try Post Affiliate Pro (In-house Affiliate Program Hosting *-*Post Affiliate Pro - Affiliate Tracking Software - Affiliate Program Software). They have a hosted solution for $19/mth. It isn't a 'network' though so you'll need to do your own affiliate recruitment and management, handling payments etc. A lot of the better affiliates are more interested in becoming part of a network where they're not dependent on the actual merchant for payments, as merchants are notoriously unreliable in this regard.
So there are pros and cons for going it alone.

If you do go it alone you'll need to integrate the tracking script into your shopping cart and fully test it for all the different payment methods you accept. Sites like the one I mentioned have integration guides for most of the popular carts.

I've done a few of these installations for different folks, if you have a specific question just ask.

As mentioned above Post Affiliate pro is a good one.
For me it was attractive since i needed 3 tiers affiliate program.
