Creating Free Reports

I have a report I would like to distribute as a opt-in offer, but right now it's a bunch f data in an Excel spreadsheet. Is there a program or service that allows you to easily turn such data into a great looking report for distribution?

are you trying to give away the report as an excel document or pdf?
If you're having trouble trying to "beautify" the report, you could always put an ad on freelance or odesk and see if you can get someone to do it for you.

Why not use Openoffice (free) to convert it to a pdf file.

Writing a report doesn't have to be a time consuming task. A short report can be written in as little as one hour or less provided the writer has access to sufficient information on the subject and since the Internet really is the "Information Super Highway" information on almost any subject is readily available.

    • You could copy it into a word doc, and then convert that into a .pdf. Word has a free pdf converter plugin. You will just need to look for it in Google.

You should take 1 day out to put all the content into a neat and organized Microsoft Word document. 1 day of "non-marketing" won't kill your business. Who knows... you could probably turn it viral and get lots of new leads and customers from it.

I don't need anyone to write the copy for me as am very experienced in the subject matter. Just looking for the best way to turn the information I have into a nice-looking downloadable report.

I'm familiar with Word and Excel and Adobe so I guess turning it into a pdf would be best, just wanted to make sure there wasn't any Warrior secret on how to do it!

Free reports are just Word documents converted to PDF format. You could even convert an Excel file to PDF format. The only additional thing may be to have someone whip up a cover for your report if you want.
