Best way to outsource traffic slowly?

What kind of work do you recommend to outsource in order to build up your traffic slowly over time?

Obviously you need to be lucky and find a good person who knows what he is doing but what kind of services do you think I should go for?
And what is important that I include in my ad?

    Outsource unique articles. Go for someone who thinks their articles are worth $10-15 a piece (they're probably right!)

    Have them write articles for keywords that actually relate to buying something. Like, "wprobot review" or "buy hickey smoked salmon" ...or whatever.

    Submit them on eZineArticles and make sure your writer agreed that you'll only pay them once the articles are approved — so you will not be burdened with rewrites.

    This is all natural, "slow" and steady way to outsource successfully.

    The best answer to this is to simply outsource two things: CONTENT CREATION and SEO. These should build up your traffic over time.
