I have a really quick question...

As an online business owner, what features will you want your client management software to have whether in offline marketing or as an SEO or Social Media service provider?

    A simple software with a row of buttons that when pressed, instruct the client to -

    a) stop changing their minds halfway through

    b) stop contacting me with 'urgent' in the title when it's not urgent and when the subject matter is irrelevant and unnecessary anyway - they didn't mention the pound of flesh when we agreed the deal

    c) keep realistic expectations, even after the deal is agreed

    d) not go into hiding and suddenly become really busy when it's invoice payment time

    e) too many others to list here

    Sorry I couldn't be more help, but it's what came into my head when I saw the question.

    PS I love my clients really, just in case they find me here. I prefer clients who also have a raw sense of humour - they get a discount (they avoid the annoyance tax.)
