Can you earn 100 USD with a single blog?

Hey guys!! i have embarked on a new challenge.

Can anyone earn 100 USD with a single blog by just spending 1 hour a day?

If anyone out here is optimistic about this, please give me some guidance. I will post every step taken, and tips given to me with your name with it.

If you guys really make big bucks online, i am sure u can lend me some small tricks to share with the rest of the world rite?

I would say yes, but not at first. It would take time to build up the traffic and links, but you can definitely make $100 on one site. Per day might be hard, but for sure per week or month. Also, you would have to find the right niche and the right affiliate programs that paid enough.

5. Rinse/Repeat

$100 is easy, its the $100 a day that gets more difficult.

I know Amy Bass has a site with 500+ subscribers that is supposed to show you how to make good, consistent money from your blogs. Now, how many of those 500+ is actually doing it is a whole different story. If you are focused and take the "right" action then of course you can make $100 a day, IMO.

$100 a day, month, or simply $100? Yes, it's definitely possible. You need a profitable niche and some good, compelling writing that will keep people coming back. Solid information never hurt either. If you do it right you'll definitely get to the $100 in no time. If you build a community you can use it like a gold mine. Make sure you build a list too. I have several blogs that do that well. One I haven't posted to in over 6 months and it still brings in $1,000 every month, sometimes a little less, sometimes a bit more.

Do some solid research to determine the profitability of your niche, then grab some wordpress and start writing. You can do some of the automated stuff too, but if you want to build a solid community, make it primarily your own writing. You can throw in some good PLR or public domain content if it really makes your blog better for the readers. Remember to target groups of buyers, not just free info seekers, although some free info seekers will turn into buyers eventually. I've had better luck with text links than banner ads in most blogs. Just work them in as a honest recommendation. Really honest, not just honest sounding. That's another reason for building a community. If you give a recommendation, they'll trust you and buy.

One other thing I forgot to mention. SEO your posts and post titles. It will make a big difference with how fast you start to see SERP based traffic. Use one of the many keyword tools. Even free ones like Google or Wordtracker give you a huge leg up when you're choosing exactly how to word your post titles. A word or two can make huge difference in how well you rank and how much traffic you see.

Earning $100/day on a single blog is certainly possible.

Utilizing just Adsense would generally require:
1. Large amounts of traffic in a low paying niche, or
2. A high paying niche.

For the first, delivering large amounts of traffic to a low paying niche will require strong copywriting skills to drive traffic through social media, strong SEO skills to deliver through organic search, or strong PPC management to deliver profitable traffic. And that is being simplistic: I have not even scratched the surface about improving CTRs or understanding your earnings per click. To do this ethically (not some lousy AdWords Arbitrage-like landing page) would require significant content development.

I would recommend looking into a myriad of earning opportunities, including:
1. Promote a product/service as an affiliate.
2. Get direct advertisers.
3. Sell a product/service.

I am not a big fan, but writing paid reviews will likely come up as an option as well.

It's extremely easy to make that money from a blog.

Here are the steps you need to take. They are guaranteed to work because I have tried it and it succeeds almost every time.

1. Pick a hot selling product from a CPA network
2. Buy a domain name that either targets the products NAME or a keyword other than the name you can rank for that pulls in targeted traffic. Usually the names of these CPA products (specially weight loss products) has a very high search volume.
3. Create a short pre-sell blog post about the offer and then make the page your blogs home page (static home page in wordpress settings area).
4. Buy and install the wordpress uniquefier plugin.
5. Copy about 5 articles from ezine or wherever and enter them as posts. The plugin will make the content appear unique to Google...it's really an awesome plugin.
6. Write 5 of your OWN articles, target them for long tail keywords and enter them as posts.
7. Make sure you add contact us pages etc...
8. Bookmark each post at socialmarker.com
9. Ping your blog at pingler.com
10. Submit about 5 articles at all the major article directories (ezinearticles, goarticles, isnare etc).
11. Lastly, submit your blog's rss feed to rss feed directories.
12. If you really want to rank in the engines fast, then get yourself a membership at ArticleMarketer.com or submityourarticle.com and then submit articles their...you'll rank for the product term or any medium competitive term very fast.

You'll get a lot of traffic and you will make sales guaranteed.
You'll earn close to $100 a DAY if you do everything correctly.

I have done this many times over and I currently have these Gravity CPA Blogs set up all over the place.

I actually sell this technique ;-)

It's definitely possible. I have tried that with New Product launch.

I created one blog targeting the "[Product Name] Review" keyword and spend less than half hour per day to update my blog post.

After update my blog, I spend the rest of the time to ping it and submit my RSS feed for SEO purposes.

In addition, I will do some social bookmarking manually to High PR Social Bookmarking Site, 1 per day.

You could earn more if you put in more effort to promote your blog.

Certainly doable in 1 hour/day. Consistency!!!!

I'm not quite as savy as these people, I made $100 in one year starting my blog. I did about 5-10 posts a day. My topic isn't that big, hence the $100 a year later, but I didn't sell anything either, I did it all by adsense. I'm sure if I had a product I would have done better. Loving the tips here, though, going to see how they work for me.

You need to visit clickbank (if you haven't any of your own products) and get some links onto the blog and if you have a good niche and a good product you should make good money!

Hi....

Earning $100 per day from a single blog is definitely doable. And if you know about the right tools, you can definitely increae your odds.

Anyone who has ever attemped to write a post a day (or an article a day) fully understands the difficulty in maintaining that consistent level of action long term.

I know it just seems like a single little post, but you quickly come to dread the process.

And besides, I don't work like that naturally. I tend to work best in bursts. You know, when you sit down with a large cup of coffee, and work for about six hours straight.

So what I have just started doing (with my own hosted Wordpress blogs) , is to create a week's worth of posts in one sitting, and having Wordpress post them automatically each day.

This works so much better with my style. It also saves a lot of time. I can log in and set up all of the posts at once for the entire week, rather than doing the same process each day.

If you used Autoblogging and had your blog linked to your Facebook and Twitter accounts, then $100 should be easily doable if you use your hour effectively. That way everytime you updated your Facebook and/or Twitter status, your blog would be updated automatically. Best of luck!

This is a great topic. I think if you post every day once or twice, and utilize AdSense, affiliate programs, and possibly your own products or services, $100 a month should be easy. $100 a day would be harder, but doable, depending on what the topic is.

I have a blog that gets 5000 unique visitors a day, most of them directly from targeted Google searches, and it only makes me about $100 a month because the topic is comic strips, and there aren't a ton of visitors who are ready to whip out their wallets to buy something.

I've been gradually building readership while trying to monetize as much as I possibly can. I feel like the blog has potential to get up into the $500-1000 a month range, but that would take a serious amount of work.

By using free keyword tools like Google or Wordtracker will give you a huge advantage when you're selecting the words you want to use in your post headings. The right targeted word in your heading can make a vast difference in how well you rank with SEO's and how much traffic you see!

Thank you very much guys. I've been doing some stuffs as suggested though not all due to time constrains.

And here is the good news, my blog is now number 1 in google for the following searches
1. earn 100 a day
2. earn 100 usd daily
3. earn 100 usd in a day

I am now working on getting listed for the keywords make money , make money with your blog and so on.

no 1 in 6 days may be nothing for some of you, but it is definitely a great achievement for me.

However, revenue is still very low.

You need to find the long tail keywords so that you can easily rank for them and get free traffic. Soon you should start earning decent money.
