I bought WP Face Pages some months ago. Really liked it. But a week or 10 days ago, I tried making a change to my FB page, and it didn't work.

It looks fine when I display or preview the change thru my WP dashboard. But once I publish the (new) page, the old (FB) page displays when I refresh it ... even after a 'hard refresh'.

I emailed Customer/Tech Support but have yet to hear from them. Does anybody know if the guy is still supporting this WSO, and if so, how to get in touch with him?

Like I said, I really like his product, but I can't figure out why the new FB page won't display.

Thanks, in advance, for your help.

Richard

Not that I know of. I've tried a "hard refresh" a number of different times, though, and no luck.

Too bad this guy's Support doesn't get back to me .. but thanks for your suggestion.

Do you have a full WP package? This often happens if a person is using the free version of wordpress.

  Both versions of Wordpress are free - by that I mean the managed .COM version and the self hosted/self managed .ORG version.

With the .ORG version you will, of course pay to purchase a domain name and hosting, but there is never any charge associated with the Wordpress.ORG CMS.

If you have at any time been charged by anyone for the system, you have been conned.

        Annie -

No problem. Now I know what you mean: I am hosting my WP site under my own DN on Host Gator.

As far as I know .. but I'm not sure whether I've got a free or paid version. How would I figure that out? (I guess I can look through my PayPal history.)

BTW, I'm using WordPress 3.3.1 ... if that tells you anything.

Oh, and I'm also using Thesis, if that matters - but it didn't a few months ago, when I created the FB fan page.

      Thanks,
      Richard

Can anybody answer this question?? I also bought this product several months ago & have requested simple support or answers to certain question on this plugin, but have heard nothing!!

I have never experienced such bad customer support. It seems that it does not exist for this product. It's not a cheap plugin and they are still selling them, so how can they not respond to their customers??

Does anyone have any idea what happened to the developers of WPface Pages?
