Try posting your job on several of them and see who comes up with the best price

Be cautious when outsourcing writing from countries where english is not the first language (that is if you are targeting english speaking people). I would have a look at the warriors for hire section as well as the ones you have mentioned.

At the end of the day it comes down to quality and feedback

You can find good ebook ghostwriters in the "warrior for hire" section of the forum. Or post an ad in the "Warriors wanting to Hire".

Outsourcing is a business that trust is the first requirement. Business won't grow if you haven't trusted the company that you're working with. This business has it pros and cons, you just need to find the right company, ask for samples and client references so you can decide. There are lots of outsourcing providers who pretend to be the best, that's why you need to be careful and look for the reputable ones.

I suggest to hire a Staff leasing company instead of a freelancer. because leased staff are permanent workers of a company and are easy to reach in case you need them. Freelancers do not have employers so they do as they please and sometimes cannot be contacted for various reasons.

If you have some questions, do not hesitate to contact us. Please see my sig for more information.

Warriors for hire is always a good place to go

I mostly get outsources by asking other producers that I trust for a referral. I know they wouldn't work with anyone but top men & women.

I've had poor experiences with Odesk because the employees know that there are hundreds of other jobs waiting for them out there.

If anything, I'd recommend going through job forums, directories where you can place specific ads (like craigslist in the philippines, and there are a few other sites that I can't remember off the top of my head).

That way, you can find someone that's highly qualified and is working exclusively for you.

Otherwise, it's just someone looking to make a quick buck.

I'm thinking about doing a lot of outsourcing myself and what I always here are the best are Odesk,Elance and Freelancer.I'm in a coaching session right now with a master marketer here who has worked with some good workers from the Philippines who charge around $2.00 an hour. What his tip is for finding the best person for the job is set up a small project, and gives it to a couple different workers he's considering.Whoever does the job the way he wants it done the best gets his business from that point on.

Now, he also will find more than one person to work on his project so that he doesn't risk the danger of one person stealing all of his ideas and setting up everything as their own.You definitely don't want the guy you hire developing your product to sell it as his own using your ideas! So, as he explains it,outsource out a little piece of the puzzle to different workers, and not everything.

You can also use people on here, the Warrior Forum to outsource to,but they will almost definitely be pricier than other sites who primarily recruit from India, the Philippines etc. On the flip side though is that you can easily find someone who has a very high reputation and have less to worry about concerning poor quality of product or stealing. So its all based on how much time you wish to spend finding someone reputable and how much money you are willing to part with.

    Hope this helps,

    Matt

I also recommend Odesk because On ODesk with the work-diary and hourly model the buyer can see how you work, not just the finished product.

Elance, Guru, Odesk, and of course the WF are all good places to find freelancers. I'd suggest reading a couple reviews of the top sellers from and selecting a few to complete an inexpensive small task. Whoever provides the highest quality work in a timely manner is your winner.

Each of these services operates differently from one another, and that may impact the success of your ebook. Some make escrowing mandatory, and therefore, protect your money (while others don't). Some offer free arbitration in case there's a problem, while others make you pay for it or flat out refuse to provide it.

I always recommend that people research these services prior to outsourcing so they can find one that accommodates their personal requirements. Successful outsourcing isn't always just about the product or the providers who make it. Sometimes, the environment in which a product is produced makes a tremendous difference.

So if required escrow, a money back guarantee, free arbitration, and access to finding providers (filtering) based on country, skill, accessibility, and/or rating is important to you, I suggest vWorker.

Freelancer is awesome, Odesk can work too. Make sure you interview at least 2-3 people before choosing a person.

    Be picky!

Onlinejobs.ph would be a good start to look for VAs. You can also try to look for writers here: directory.outsourcingautopilot.com.

Fiverr.com is my favourite outsourcing site, they have a ton of experienced and talented writers on there. I personally spend $300-$500 a month on outsourcing from that site .
