      You are if they've given permission, Jimmy. Just saying ... you know: all those things where it says "check this box to receive selected information and special offers from our trusted business associates"?

      Otherwise clearly not, of course (nor would there be much value to anyone buying them, as whatever they sent out would simply be spam).

    It depends how you collected the list and what people agreed to upon joining? If you said you'd never rent or sell their details then you can't.

    Try charging others to send their emails to your list as solo ads. I think you can do this on safe-swaps.
