Will changing hosts effect the history and rank of a website?

What sort of effects would there be for changing hosts?

    Changing host will not effect your site ranking (except maybe your regional ranking if your host is located in the same region) ... other effects can be quick or slower loading time or user experiences (depending on your new host services) ... all in all, changing host do not have a direct impact on ranking or traffic, etc.

      It shouldn't affect rankings, but you need to monitor what the hosting providers are doing - ours managed to screw up our CNAME entries when they renamed the main domain. Check absolutely everything to make sure it all works, and stay on their case every couple of hours if something isn't fixed immediately.

        Changing hosts should not affect its ranking provided the website is not down for extended period time when switching from old to new hosts.
