  Yea definitely.
  Guys making $1,000 - $2,000 a month there can go full time, whereas in the States you would probably need a bit more than that if you have a family with kids etc.

Yea, I'm going to quickly exit from this discussion, but I will say this. I could see myself in the phillapines or in Brazil on the coast doing what I needed to do. But for some reason, I'd probably end up in Aussieland or with the Kiwis

Ofcouse their labor cost is cheaper, but not alll you can expect from them .
You must guide how they work as well .
Once thing i agree with you which make sense, India really growing in Internet while their users increasing .

I'm from California and in a few months I plan to relocate to Ghana, West Africa for a year. I have friends and family there and the cost of living is quite lower than it is in Cali. I'm grateful to be able to work online because otherwise I wouldn't have a chance to take this extended trip.

In theory it's a great idea to relocate, or be a vagabond, to experience and learn about other cultures in the world. The internet is a prodigious facilitator of that.

It is one of the main reasons I have to make it in IM .. the fact that I can move around the world! I can see myself in the Philippines or other Asian beach countries (Thailand, Malaysia, etc).

Interesting. I look at Internet Marketing as a stabilizing force in my life, rather than a way to "live anywhere". If you don't have a comfortable home setting then you are probably seeking out something else, but that wasn't the point of your thread (I think it's a great thing others have opportunity around the world).

I took care of Autistic adults for a period of time and realized they were extremely happy in a room with a broke T.V. It's all very subjective. Yes you can take your work everywhere but not necessarily your friends and family. I'm sure there are "insert job here" in other countries, but doesn't mean you should move unless American standard of living keeps getting tanked by the weakening dollar (invest in websites!)

Well, I am from India and yes it is pretty cheap to live in here. My mom earns less than $500 and still got some money left at the end of the month. Expenses, food and bills everything is cheap in here. There are many places in India where you can live pollution free and 4-hour workweek lifestyle

I also started this lifestyle with the idea in mind I could live anywhere in the world, but due to personal responsibilities that hasn't happened. I think the time freedom and potential financial return rather than the potential geographical freedom of Internet marketing appeal to me at this point more than anything else.

India sounds nice but if anyone is interested in moving to Tijuana let me know. :p

Alright, not TJ per se but there are some beautiful spots down Baja - only about an hour from San Diego.

Being able to leave the country in a moments notice is whats beautiful about living in Cali. Not to mention the ocean.
