Payment processing tool?

Hi,
I am setting a new website selling just one product. I am looking for a good payment processing tool/shopping cart that has autoresponder/email marketing tools and if it has 1 click upsell feature would be wonderful.
Do you know of any good ones?

has everything,I am happy with them,never had any problems

Or you can alternatively use e-junkie or run it directly through paypal with a buy now button, which saves you heaps of time and it provides your customers with instant gratification! Great tools either one of them!
