Where is the best place to hire copywriters?

I've used all the outsourcing services (Rentacoder, oDesk, Freelancer, Scriptlance, et al.) for a lot of graphics and programming over the years but have never tried to find a good copywriter.

Does anyone know a writing specific outsourcing community? We're developing a small website centered around mobile phone app development (service provider) and am looking for a good website copywriter.

    I second Raydal. There are plenty of copywriters here with a broad range of skills and specialties. Many have sites, samples, and references available.

        I think you should also understand that there is huge variation in the quality of copywriters and their prices (and to complicate things their prices are not necessarily directly related to the quality of copy they write).

        If you search hard you should find some up and coming copywriters working at low rates who are working their butts off to learn and make a name for themselves.

        These copywriters are worth a fortune to you.

        But you may need to go through a few to find someone good and also expect that the really good ones over time you'll either have to start paying them more or expect that they'll move on to higher paying clients.
