Default Attitude And The Warrior Forum

There have been quite a few posts recently about useful threads being deleted and people getting on their high horses about being mistreated by fellow Warriors.

Here are a couple of thoughts.

On useful threads being deleted:

On having a rant about how fellow warriors have mistreated you:

Quote:
The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude... I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.

And so it is with you... we are in charge of our attitudes.

Thanks for the tips. Glad that there are results if people are rude.

Tina, I'm apparently a newbie too and so I had to look it up. Jamie nailed it, according to Wikipedia:

Second quote should be required reading in this industry.

Good phrase.

Tibetan Buddhism 'this is the world of illusion' also applies, or my favorite from highschool 'be nice to the little guys on the way up because you're going to see them again on the way down'.

I think they all mean the same thing. Adjust your attitude so everyone else can live with you in a pleasant environment.

Great post about Warrior attitudes and high horses!
