Why you should document your success

This week I reached a new milestone in my business. I had a $600 day... I can tell you, it was pretty exciting, and as I look back I never thought it would be possible. I remember when I had that first $1, then $25, then $100. Now that I think about it, I really regret not documenting those moments in my business.

By documenting I mean screen shots, camtasia videos, things like that. If you haven't been doing this, start a file and start documenting successful campaigns, list growth, commissions. You never know when this stuff will be important to your business. I NEVER thought I would create my own product, but now here I am in the middle of 2. As I work through them, I am noticing a few gaps where it would be really nice to have a screen shot to truly describe that method or particular campaign.

Not only this, but it really helps to look back and evaluate, and measure your success. Start doing this today!

That is great advice, not only that but if you're having a huge dip in terms of earnings, looking back at screenshots and documents can enhance your motivation to bring it back on top.

Not only that, documenting success could also be another product in itself, showing genuine before and after and what differences little tweeks to the system make.

Congratulations, can't wait until your telling us about your first $1000 day, sure it wont be long the way you are going.

Exactly what slrcroft said about documenting success into a potential product. I would recommend using videos if possible to show your earnings are genuine, screenshots can be easily faked.

Congratulations Tech19. Yes. Documenting the milestones and the TODOs certainly helps to keep a track and can act as a motivator.

It's all about motivation right? Being able to look back on where you started from and where you are at now is very important to keep yourself moving forward.

    Congrats on a $600 day!!!!!!!!
Very solid. Hoping on being there someday.

Thanks a lot I appreciate it. I started doing this a couple months ago, but didn't realize the importance until I started working on these products. I take screenshots like crazy now!
