What master spreadsheet do you use to total ALL your sites?

It is almost a given that if you are making thousands of dollars per month online, you probably have many different revenue streams. Maybe an Amazon site, some Clickbanks, your own product that you sell, and a few Adsense sites...

Could a few of you who are making significant money share with us how you keep track all of this? Is all the info separate (Amazon in one place, Adsense in another...), or have you created a master Excel sheet (or??) that summarizes all of your daily or monthly traffic, list members, conversions, and income?

I foresee putting all of the stats of my growing empire :p in one master sheet. If someone could share what works best for them, that would give me and others a head start in how to organize our own info. Thanks!

    I don't track the smaller ones. Maybe I should but I think it can be a waste of time. Overtime I have learned where my efforts are best used. the main thing I do on small sites is make sure they are not losing money including factoring in the cost of domain registration and hosting. the most important things that I track are the cost of people in my employ, and the revenue from the largest sites. these I track very carefully on a spreadsheet.

    MS Excel would be a good choice for this simply because it provides many ways to organize and graph your information. I used to do a lot of coding with Excel, so I guess I'm a little biased.

      Thanks for the feedback guys.

      I'm pretty good with Excel so that's what I'm leaning toward. OpenOffice's Calc is free and does almost everything as well.

        Yeah Excel by choice if you can afford it.

        Open Office is great for free but it does have a few annoying habits

    Yeah Excel is what I use. You can create some really cool graphs & reports. There are plenty of tutorials out there.

    I don't make thousands, but hundreds per month, currently from 1)Adsense, 2) one ebook for sale, 3) and Amazon.

    I just use three Excel spreadsheets to track everything: One to keep track of ebook sales and customer name/emails associated with each sale, one to keep track of the "real" financial accounting (revenue - expenses = income, etc), and a final spreadsheet to track the "meta data" of my sites such as the domain names/registration dates/cost of each domain name and its hosting fees and such.
