Which is the best redirect/opt-in plugin for wordpress

I would like some suggestions on what you feel is the best plugin for wordpress, that will display a pop-up when visitors try to leave your site, and can also display an opt-in box if desired. I also need to be able to put just text, and a clickable link on the pop-up when needed.

I need one that can be set to work on just one page, or be able to have it do different things on multiple pages or posts on my sites.

I bought one, and it didn't work at all, and froze my site. Now I have information overload from reading about all the different ones for a whole day.

Any info from actual users would be appreciated.

    For exit splash I use the Pinoy-Pop-Up-on-Exit plugin. It works like an Exit Splash script but only for WP, and it's FREE.

    To make a sidebar optin form, I use MaxBlogPress plugin, it's free.

    For a popup optin, there's a fasterIM plugin and free....but haven't tried it yet
